Description
This beautiful tranquil image reminded me of Shackleford Banks, a barrier island that is home to 110 - 130 Spanish mustang horses in the herd as well as the Cape Lookout Lighthouse. The serene photograph was taken and given to me to edit in Edit This September by Abbie Shores!!!!. I have changed the face of the island to appear more like the Banks and shown some of the horses coming over a large sand dune toward the ocean. The Cape Lookout Lighthouse in the background, where it would probably be in location to the horses. The sea grasses also were added to enhance the visit of Abbie's family to the island. All editing was done with painting digitally using oil and acrylic and other brushes from corel, topaz and or photoshop to get this effect. Thank you, Abbie Shores, for this awesome photography and for giving me all rights to sell, use, promote this image as mine. Shackleford Banks Shelling & Wild Horse Expeditions offers guests a chance to explore the best of nature on the Cape Lookout National Seashore that also houses the Cape Lookout Lighthouse. To see the Cape Lookout Lighthouse, a short ferry ride will take you to the park, to climb the lighthouse and enjoy more activities there.
