Great Blue Heron On The Pier is a photograph I took while visiting our coast at Ocean Isle Beach. We were told about the bird at the pier as she flew to the marsh and the other pier there every day as fishermen were fishing. They would toss scraps of fish to her and she was friendly and knew the people there. She allowed me to get pretty close to her and I won't forget this bird and her personality!!!!
