Description
These roses are one of my favorite colors and when I saw them I knew I had to bring them home and take photographs. The rose colored centers, dark peach and yellow shades all blended to make such a stunning flower. I took these outside and used the sun and our dense forest of trees in our back yard to capture this image. I did digital art and used textures to give this image a painterly look. Being a painter as well as photographer, sometimes I have the need to paint what I saw through the lens.
These roses had a unique scent, sweet yet lots of warmth in the undertones, or as perfumers call the top note of the fragrance blending into the bottom note which eventually becomes the stronger of the scents to emerge when perfume is made.
