Description
These cherry and redbud trees are blooming by our lake and photographed this image then digitally painted with CTPs brushes 7 9 and 11 then went back and hand painted more. When the temperatures get warmer in the spring, blossoms start to emerge. No longer needing to protect the tree from the cold, the buds and branches that have been dormant throughout the winter start receiving nutrients again. So budding trees are a sign that the weather is warming up in your area.
